Warranty policy

Our Jorg Gray UK watches are authentic, brand new, first quality, with all original parts. All have the original serial numbers intact and are not refurbished, factory seconds, or replica products. Each timepiece has a two year warranty from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace (at Jorg Gray UK’s discretion,) the movement of your Jorg Gray UK timepiece free of charge if the movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

Returns / exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges,) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from  A return merchandise authorization can be download in this section. Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise, or restocking fees.

Shipping information

Currently we offer free delivery on all orders within the UK. The fee for international shipping is £25 per order. Jorg Gray UK recommends that billing and shipping addresses be identical whenever possible. Every address and phone number submitted to Jorg Gray UK is subject to verification. We reserve the right to refuse and/or limit quantities on any order. We are not responsible for any local taxes or extra customs duties that may be required dependent upon your local country import laws.

Service & Repairs

We offer facilities that use the latest technology for servicing and repairs. Cost varies depending on requirements. If your timepiece requires servicing or repair, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Watch registration

To obtain service under the Jorg Gray Warranty, you must have activated your warranty by registering your timepiece.
