Extended 3-Month Warranty
We can understand how frustrating it is to buy Christmas presents in plenty of time, only to have their warranties slowly disappear as they sit unopened, not played with and hidden under the bed. Then, when they are finally opened on Christmas day, they are only covered by a couple of months, maybe even just a few weeks depending on the manufacturer.
So, for all products where the Manufacturer’s warranty does not provide cover, we’re offering all of our customers a FREE 3 MONTH EXTENDED WARRANTY that starts on December 25th. That means that you are covered for 3 months from the moment that the gift is opened, not from when it was bought.
You don’t even have to do anything to include the warranty in your purchase – all purchases between 1 st November 2016 and 25 th December 2016 automatically qualify for the extended warranty - just keep those receipts safe!
So now you can shop with confidence, with the peace of mind that in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase, our warranty will cover you.
Making a Claim
To make a claim on the warranty, images and a description of how the item has been used and the fault that has occurred must be sent to email@example.com. The 3 Month Extended Christmas Warranty ends on March 25th 2016 – claims on or after this date will not be fulfilled.
The warranty covers failure or malfunction of any product through normal use; deliberately damaged or misused items will not be covered by the warranty. This warranty also does not cover any parts that are classed as consumables, such as batteries, motors, wheels etc.
The warranties provide a repair or replace service. Initially we will supply replacement parts, if the item can't be repaired in this way we will collect and repair the item. If the item cannot be repaired, we will offer a like for like replacement. If the exact product is no longer available, then a similar product of equal or greater value shall be sent. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, then the original purchase amount shall be refunded in the form of store credit available to spend with us.
While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged until 31st January 2016. You can return most products provided it is unopened and in the original packaging, unless faulty.
